The Committee on Fuel and Energy Complex, Nuclear Policy and Nuclear Safety recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Heat Supply" (re Modernization, Reconstruction and Building of the Objects in the Field of Heat Supply) as a Basis

The Bill (Reg. No.4765) supplements a new Law "On Heat Supply" with a new clause concerning the programs of technical development and investment projects. The Bills also sets requirements for the design, construction, reconstruction and modernization of the heat supply objects.

The Bill also specifies the authorities of the public authority bodies, envisaging the right to ratify the investment projects in this field.
